People in places as people

I love that title, it just makes sence.

People in modern day society have disguised themselves beyond recognition. They hide their true selves away, and only show glimpses of who they really are.

I simply refuse to be one of those people, I hate lying to myself. I don't hide away my emotions, and for this, people call me weak.

Am I weak? Or am I stronger then you will ever be?

I wonder if people act this way in other countries, or is it this plush American life style we've become used too?

What ever happend to the American dream? Something our great great grandparents left their native home lands for, and all we do now is look for the easy way out.

We have become selfish. Ignoring our fellow man and stepping on their hands. For what? For nothing other then the greed in our hearts.

This monster needs to be put down.

This reminds me of some lyrics from a group called K-Os, "I wanna swing my sword, decapitate, but what is a man if he acts like an ape?"

I don't remember the name of the song, but the MC speaks the trurh. We've become brutish and disturbingly rude.

Its no wonder why we're considered the most abnoxious tourists, or was that the French? I don't remember, but the point is we all need to take a step back and look at ourselves, a serious moral look and see what makes us so pissy and mean all the time.

Oh well, I'm going to attempt to take a shower now.
