New

Helllo! I haven't posted anything in a long while, but I'll let you know a lot has changed about me.

I've been through basic training, and I'm now attending video and photo classes in Maryland.

I've gotten a new tattoo, and yes it is of more elephants, but this time they are wrapped around my wrist.

I do love them so very much.

I should be asleep now, so I'll cut this short, but I just wanted to let you know that I'm back. :D

Tattoo

I got a tattoo today.

People have come to view tattoos as a sign of a persons morality and how they were raised.

Theses people don't understand.

It may take a while, but I hope they do.

But why should I care? Everyone is not going to see it.

I am a strong individual, I've learned that today. Able to jump into the unknown and come out with something I can be proud of for the rest of my life.

Thank you for stopping by.

Love of the night, (amongst other things)

I really do like it when the sun goes down.

It makes me feel insecure of the unknown, and it makes me wonder.

I am anxiously awaiting to see what my future holds for me. I plan on traveling all over the world. This isn't some pipe dream, I plan on making it a reality.

I really want to discover new and exciting places, mostly because I'm sick of the same old stuff.

I want to meet new people and see new places. I truely cannot wait for my adult life to start.

Wish me luck

I've almost finished my wings

Now watch me fly.

People and stuff

I've been thinking about how much I truly dislike people lately.

Not anyone in particular, but us as a whole.

We just don't treat each other the way that we should.

We are cruel, selfish and mean.

It really pains me to see this on a daily bases, but I do.

I know I act rather nasty sometimes, but I do try and change.

I Am trying to change.

Maybe you will change along with me?

Think about it.

Tattoos and Elephants

I am getting a tattoo.

It shall be of an elephant.

But before you bitch me out, or think differently of me, let me explain.

Tattoo's have been around for centuries, first start off as nothing more then severe scaring of the designated area, but has grown into a widely excepted art field.

They were originally linked with outlandish behavior due to sailors only having these original tattoos, (which they came across on their voyages around the world.)

Tattoos provide a person with a distinct identity, and also them to show to people what the stand for, with having to say a word.

People judge people with tattoos to harshly in todays world. Although they were once a symbol for rough and nasty behavior, they have changed to something much greater, creating there own culture along the way.

Tattoos always stand for something, weather it being I belong to a gang or This is who I am

Animals have always been widely accepted means of symbolism, through books and movies, to culture and tradition.

Take the elephant for example: though as an American we see it as a giant, they are highly respected in Indian culture.

Elephants are symbols for patience, power, wisdom, success, prosperity, and benevolence.

They are truly amazing animals.

Wish me luck!

Blinded by the light

Does it bother anyone else that people have found a fascination in wearing fake glasses?

It bothers me.

I actually wear glasses and don't understand why people want to pretend their eyes are crap.

Its like pretending to have a disease.

It doesn't make you cool, you just look like a jerk.

This bothered me some when people were wearing those Real-D 3D glasses a while ago, but now you can actually buy real fake glasses.

It also bothers me when people judge me because of my glasses, and they actually ask if they're real or not.

This really just blows my mind.

I want really want this "trend" to please die. Its obnoxious and annoying, and kinda offends me and other people who actually wear glasses.

Reality and other myths

This week I've been playing an awful lot of video games.

Mostly S.T.A.L.K.E.R., but various others as well.

This is a strange turn in events, for the people who know me, know I love me some video games.

But I'm not a Halo frat boy, or some Final Fantasy dweeb.

When I play a game, I look past the simple aspect of playing it, and appreciate the effort that has been put into making it. I try to see and do as much as I can in a game, just to discover more about the world I'm being placed into.

In other words: I play video games as a break from reality and all of its annoying mishaps.

Most people would call my useless video game trivia pointless and obsessive, but looking past that, their is a steady stream of dedication I feel towards them, and the people who create them.

Like Valve, THQ, and Ubisoft

Thanks for the fun times guys (and ladies!)
